Social Anxiety Disorder is a chronic mental health condition affecting at least 1 in 8 people in Ireland.  

 

It is the excessive and irrational fear of social situations and interactions. 

Our mission

"Our mission is to support and empower adults living in Ireland with social anxiety disorder. Our peer to peer support groups and recovery programs enable people to remove themselves from loneliness & isolation, be supported by others with the condition and proactively manage their social anxiety into the future. "
