Social Anxiety Disorder is a chronic mental health condition affecting at least 1 in 8 people in Ireland.  

 

It is the excessive and irrational fear of social situations and interactions. 

Our mission

"Our mission is to support and empower adults living in Ireland with social anxiety disorder. Our peer to peer support groups and recovery programs enable people to remove themselves from loneliness & isolation, be supported by others with the condition and proactively manage their social anxiety into the future. "

This group is for anyone with social anxiety to meet other people with the condition, build social confidence and feel a sense of belonging within a group based environment.
